Wonderbox Technologies offers every client training sessions customized to that client’s benefit management solution and business requirements. Training may include on-site training, group training sessions and regular webinars, and is available to participants as determined by the client.
To provide ongoing support after implementation, Wonderbox Technologies assigns a dedicated support team member to every client. This account manager is the single point of contact for questions, training and other support requests, including system enhancement requests. He or she also keeps clients abreast of relevant information related to upcoming software releases.
Following the initial implementation period, Wonderbox Technologies continues to provide support and development of certain client-defined data extracts, reports, processes and other technical projects upon client request.
